GYLON EPIX® White Style 3510 EPX is a PTFE gasket material filled with Barium Sulfate. It is suitable for critical areas in assembly and maintenance, and can withstand strong caustic, acids, chlorine, gases, water, steam, hydrocarbons, cryogenic applications, and a wide range of different chemicals.

Its superior sealing properties, minimal surface pressure requirement, and the maximum surface pressure it can tolerate are provided by its specially structured surface. This ensures reliable performance, especially in challenging applications.
OPERATING RANGES
When replacing the existing mounting points in the range of 1.6 to 3.2 mm with the 2.4 mm standard size, it outperforms other PTFE gasket products on the market.
During assembly, while good torque is applied to the areas with bolt holes, the areas in between remain weaker. However, thanks to GYLON EPIX®’s unique surface structure, it creates an effective sealing area on the flange surface.
