OPERATING RANGES
While changing the mounting points from the current range of 1.6 to 3.2 mm to the standard 2.4 mm size, GYLON EPIX® performs better than other PTFE gasket products on the market.
During installation, while proper torquing is applied to the bolt holes, the areas in between remain weaker. However, thanks to GYLON EPIX®’s unique surface structure, it creates an effective sealing area on the flange surface.
