GYLON EPIX® Standard Style 3501-E EPX, silica-filled advanced PTFE, is a sealing material suitable for strong acids, solvents, hydrocarbons, and other aggressive environments and chemicals. It is certified with TA – Luft, Blow Out, USP VI, DIN EN 13555, and various other certifications.

OPERATING RANGES
While replacing the existing mounting points in the range of 1.6 to 3.2 mm with the 2.4 mm standard size, GYLON EPIX® performs better than other PTFE sealing products on the market.
During installation, areas with bolt holes are tightly torqued, but the spaces between them may remain weaker. However, thanks to the unique surface structure of GYLON EPIX®, it creates an effective sealing area on the flange surface.
